Economoically, socially, anything, you name it. He is the worst.

Immigration

The immorality of his deportation tactics is disgusting. To allow ICE to enter schools, hospitals, and churches is a disgrace to safe spaces everywhere. ICE kidnapping people on their way to immigration hearings is despicable. Furthermore, he’s spent too much money for far less results.

Undocumented immigrants pay roughly $100B in taxes every year (through the use of legitimate payrolls and ITINs), contribute over $300B to our yearly GDP, and many more.

Hell, 1 in 7 construction workers are undocumented immigrants. America was built on immigration; our housing, the culture we have here, everything can be credited to immigrants.

If you say, “well they should come here legally,” you are admitting that you don’t understand how the system works. Offering mass amnesty to undocumented immigrants without prior violent offenses would be cheaper, it would allow them to have access to social programs, it would “track” them (for those worried about that), and it would be better for the economy. We, then, need to offer easier access to legal immigration, not forcing people to wait 7 years.

Many claim that this will be amazing because it offers no tax on tips or overtime, but if you look further into it, it’s not what it claims to be.
