Oh my goodness not at all! [I started typing this and walked away from my desk for like three hours and now I'm back at it, so let's continue] This is a really hard one to just come up with three but I'll give it my best!

Okay, it might be cliche but an obvious first favorite is from Dr Suess "Today you are you, that is truer than true. There is no one alive, who is youer than you." Though it may feel a little silly with the verbage and whatnot it just makes me smile, gives me a lot of positivity, and encourages everyone to be themselves; a message that is needed now more than ever.

The second one comes from American Neurosurgeon Paul Kalanithi, "'A tureen of tragedy was best allotted by the spoonful." This quote comes from an autobiography he wrote quite literally on his deathbed; it is titled When Breath becomes Air. What I take from this is that it is not unlike human nature to take bad news in sips as otherwise it is overwhelming. The rest of that exerpt goes on to say "...only a few patients demanded the whole at once; most needed time to digest."

and lastly this one is more of a mantra or start to daily affirmations, however author Tolly Burkan wrote a book entitled Let it Be Easy. Since reading this book, which I HIGHLY reccomend doing so, a quote I am using 3, 4, 5 times a day starts with "I let it be easy by ________". I fill that blank in with something positive I know I am doing. Ex: I let it be easy by communicating my insecurities to my partner. It feels like a pat on the back to yourself, and you are reminding your subconscious that you don't have to make life as complicated as you might think.
