I do appreciate reccomendations on what to read next, and I have to say I've never heard of 'Life is What You Make it', but wow is it next up on my reading list. If you are interested there is a very... interesting(?)... book that I am currently reading. It is entitled 'Strange Nervous Laughter' by Bridget McNulty. A huge part of creating habits, unfortunately thanks to human character, is getting recognition that it is a good one [or on the flip side for people who rebel, getting attention that it is the wrong choice]. Setting up a feedback and praise oriented relationship is almost critical to growth.
